Nisa works at the intersection of product design, research and service design.
Through ideation, experimentation and facilitating alignment they strive to bring intuitive experiences to user pain points. Nisa enjoys ever part of the design thinking process and has experience in all steps, from complex service design process mappings to testing the usability of their own designs.
Nisa is currently working at Stuart where they collaborate with product and tech leaders in an effort to improve operator’s process efficiency when dealing with supply and demand imbalances.
Previously at Thoughtworks, a global consultancy company, Nisa was improving on the staffing and growth experience for Thoughtworks global. Before that at Haufe group, a leading HR company in the german speaking market, Nisa lead the product design for the company’s onboarding and employee engagement web and mobile applications. At Oracle NetSuite, they worked in a team designing the company’s next generation cloud based predictive analytics tool.
For three years Nisa has co-organized World IA Day Barcelona and volunteered for Oracle Pride Employee Network (OPEN).
When they are not working you can find Nisa outside, trying out some new sport, or in a bookstore looking for the newest Asian writers.
